We were featured on Strategic Wealth Designers

Financial Wealth Advisor Rob De Lessio and Executive Cheff Crystal Render

On this week's episode Taste of Retirement, headed to Cincinnati, OH to team up with Crystal Render of Magnificent Morsels to make her famed Soul Roll, a turkey collard green wrap topped with turkey gravy, essentially the perfect Thanksgiving leftover recipe! This turkey rolls recipe, is made with turkey breast, pan seared and diced into bite size pieces, blanched collard greens, saffron rice, some diced onions and peppers, then topped with her turkey roll gravy recipe, leaving you with the best turkey rolls of your life! These turkey rolls with stuffing will leave you satisfied and bring some variety to your usual Thanksgiving leftover recipes.

Flavor Of Findlay, 2021

Executive Cheff Crystal Render

In September in Cincinnati, we had the opportunity to participate in the annual fundraiser, Flavor of Findlay, which brings together market merchants and Cincinnati’s top culinary talent to celebrate our local food scene.

​

We prepared Smoked Gouda Grits w/ Braised Beef & Creole Sauce.  This dish will be paired with a wine that compliments it!  If you haven't heard of Flavor of Findlay at Findlay Market/Findlay Kitchen.  I suggest you check it out now!  Two Chefs get paired together to create a dish for you to enjoy!  This will be Black Girl Magic at its finest!  MMC is so grateful to have been a part of this wonderful event.

 Ohio Summer Food Program

Summer 2021

Over the summer Magnificent Morsels helped with the Ohio Summer Food Program: serving over 40,000 children in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Giving the kids nutritionally sustainable meals for the entire summer is no small feat! But we're got it done.  Special thanks to Whole Again & Ohio Summer Foods Program Reading-Lockland Summer Food and Educational Enrichment Program.
