Her journey in the culinary industry began when she owned her own restaurant. This experience gave her a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in the highly competitive and demanding field of food service. Her time as a restaurant owner also taught her the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients in her dishes, and she has carried this principle with her throughout her career.
